Chicago Joe
and the soul divas are a Leeds based Motown/Soul
Band that cover all areas in Yorkshire and surrounding
ares. The band have been established for over 12 years,
thougourly entertaining guests at weddings, parties,
charity and corporate events. They are self-contained
in that they use all their own equipment and do not
use any recorded material during their performance.
The style of their music is Stax Soul and Motown, ideal
for dancing or just listening and singing along to.
The line up consists of two to three female vocalists,
guitar, bass, drums, trumpet and tenor saxophone (the
girls also play saxophone during one song). The band
possesses a current ‘Portable Appliance Test Certificate’
for all their equipment and hold Public Liability insurance.
