Jamie Wright
is a versatile and experienced pianist
that has studied classical, rock and jazz
piano styles and played professionally
for over ten years. After gaining a music
degree at York University, Jamie studied
Jazz and Popular Music at Leeds College
of Music as a post-graduate. Jamie lived
and worked in London for several years,
and was resident pianist at many hotels
and restaurants including Park Lane, Landmark,
White House and Quaglino’s restaurant.
Karl Mullen is a classically
trained pianist who has played for every
kind of event imaginable, and is adept
in a range of styles. He has a memorized
and constantly expanding repertoire of
hundreds of tunes (From The Beatles and
The Kinks to Queen, Fats Waller, Mozart
and everything in between), and will be
happy to take requests from you or your
clients.
Charles is offers a full range of styles
from popular music through to swing and
easy listening Jazz. Having played for
many years at hotels throughout Yorkshire,
Charles has developed a fantastic reputation
for providing background music during
wedding cermonies, drink receptions and
numerous gala dinners. Charles is also
the director of Jazz Eklektik which ranges
from Jazz soloist to six piece swing band,
featuring lead Jazz vocalist Ann Sullivan.
DaveCass
studied Classical Piano up to Grade
8 standard and then graduated at the
Leeds Music College where he gained
a First Class Diploma in Jazz and Light
Music in 1978. He is experienced in
Dance Band, Pop, Jazz, Country and modern
experimental music, having also provided
the musical backing whilst working with
Cilla Black, Kiki Dee, Rod Argent, Bob
Monkhouse, Ted Rogers, Joanna Lumley
and many other well known personalities.
Dave has written over 150 TV jingles
for YTV, Tyne Tees, Granada, Border
and Central TV with local and National
firms. Dave was also awarded a Gold
Disk for his work with the Chart topping
band "Jive Bunny" who had
3 consecutive No.1 hits in the Charts.
He has also had released over 150 CDs
in the Easy Listening market and was
the major contributor to the Sony Music
Library. Dave also reached no.3 in the
Easy Listening Charts as Lance Gambit
with the release of Cocktail 2000 -
todays music played in a Cocktail “Lounge
Lizard” style.
Natasha studied classical
piano, harpsichord and violin at the
Royal College of Music in London and
then I went on to study jazz with Nikki
Iles at the CLCM graduating in 2000
with a BA(Hons) in Jazz Studies. Since
then Natasha has performed as a soloist
and in small groups (mainly duos and
trios) in 5 star hotels and at weddings,
whilst completing a PGCE and TEFL course.
Natasha also worked as a teacher in
schools and colleges for several years
teaching music and other subjects. She
spent a year and half travelling around
Greece, Italy, Spain and Brazil and
spent 7 months teaching in Mexico (in
Playa del Carmen) where she also workered
as the resident pianist at the 5 star
Riu Palace Hotel.
